Maxime Lopez Derouault

Business Development Representative

After a first experience in the financial consulting industry in Paris, Maxime has joined Datia’s team to pursue his ambition of working on sustainable finance projects. When not at the office, Maxime can be found playing chess, enjoying a game of badminton, or catching up on Paris Saint-Germain's latest matches, remaining a devoted fan even while living abroad.

Dino Gándara

Account Executive

Dino speaks 7 languages and is contributing to Datia’s international expansion after a career in banking, fintech & behavioural science. He’s previously worked at both large corporates and scale-ups. Out of the office, he will likely be playing tennis, at a gallery or discovering new music.

Natalie Kolmogorova

Marketing Manager

Natalie leads the marketing department at Datia, bringing extensive experience in SaaS to the team. With an Honours degree in Political Science, she combines her passion for learning languages with her love of discovering new cultures through travel. In her free time, Natalie enjoys long-distance hiking—covering distances up to 800km—and listening to music from all genres.

Ana Bernal Ramos

Head of Product

Ana designed digital public services at the government later recognized by the United Nations. She also contributed to the scale-up company MURAL for Enterprises, an app used over 90% of Fortune 100. Ana enjoys drawing and nature.

Azul Grande

Software Engineer

Azul is a Software developer and Systems Engineer. She has experience working with different areas such as Big Data Engineering and building ETLs. In her free time she loves hanging out with friends and watching TV series.

Carl Steinbach

Account Executive

Carl has experience with helping startups with their scaling efforts. At Datia, Carl participates in developing our sales strategy in the Nordics. Outside of work, you will find him exploring new (mostly older) music, training Muay Thai, and cooking.

Ignacio Brasca

CTO

Ignacio has been interested in computers since he was a child, and he began developing games at a young age. After his time at PwC, he decided to move into the world of finance-oriented software. He enjoys coding, making music and prepare coffee as an amateur barista, in his spare time.

Juan Serruya

Co-Founder and CEO

Juan learned to code as a child and spent his 20s building Spotify's apps and engineering organizations. At Datia, he works at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Sales. Juan's a long-time guitarist and a short-time pianist and loves recording music when not at the office.

Liliya Shakhpazyan

ESG Relationship Manager

Liliya is an experienced sustainability professional with a background in both financial and non-financial analysis and reporting, performance management, as well as consulting, across multiple industries within the sustainability landscape. She enjoys music, reading books, practicing yoga, hiking, and playing squash in her spare time.

Manne Larsson

Co-Founder and COO

Manne has deep experience from the financial industry from working at EQT. When he’s not at the office you’ll find him playing chess, running in the forest or grappling on the mats.

Martin Saied

Software Engineer

Martin is a full stack developer and computer scientist. With experience working with different types of services for products such as e-commerce and educational platforms. When not building Datia, he loves to play RPG and strategy games and hang out with friends.

Matias Nuccetelli

Software Engineer

Mati’s magic wands for making delightful digital interfaces are his JavaScript skills. He started programming at the age of 16 while he was learning the UX/UI basics. He’s always willing to have a nice talk, you can find him as @nuzzze on Twitter.

Nora Sandahl

Head of Sustainability

Nora is an experienced sustainability professional with a background in sustainability consulting, finance, and regulation. She's spent numerous hours reading sustainability reports and EU directives and regulations. She enjoys spending time in the yoga studio or the tennis court and is not a stranger to the occasional hike.

Eric Eliasson

Board Member - Söderberg & Partners

Eric joined Söderberg & Partners in 2016 as an Analyst covering the broad spectrum of ‘Financial Technology’. Today, he divides his time working with S&P’s FinTech-investments, group strategy and business development. Aside from work, Eric is a (possibly self-proclaimed) international bar game champion – coming out highly ranked in several disciplines, e.g., billiards, skeeball and dart.

Guillem Sague

Board Member - Nauta Capital

Guillem is a Berlin-based Nauta Capital Partner leading the German investment operations. He has over 10 years of experience investing in B2B software companies and enjoys supporting founders to scale their business. In his time off you will find him exploring Berlin with his dog Boni.

Juliane Elsner

Board Member - Nauta Capital

Juliane is a former strategy consultant and start-up operator turned VC investor. At Nauta, Juliane focuses on investments in SaaS companies. She is particularly excited about companies contributing to creating a more sustainable world. If Juliane is not talking to start-ups, you will find her on a Yoga mat in Berlin.
