Here’s a summary of the key updates:
⚠️ Recent SFDR PAI Regulatory Update
A new regulatory update on PAI calculations has been introduced on 25 July 2024 and therefore, Datia is implementing this requirement accordingly. To summarize, for reporting purposes, financial market participants should use the fiscal year-end exchange rate (FX) for all reference points. This applies to the quarterly calculations as outlined in Q&A IV.11, ensuring transparency in assessing currency-related ESG risks.
The FX rate alongside a new data set for sovereign bonds from World Bank will come into place in the beginning of October and will be applied to all historical portfolios. In case you have any unlocked values in the PAI modules on the product or entity level, these will update as a consequence of new regulatory change applied in the platform.
